A.L. "Tex" Cain, 61, died Thurs¬day, Feb. 16 at his home in Hungry Horse. He was born Sept. 2, 1922, in 'Crowell; TX, to Robert M. and Edna Cain_ He was raised and educated in Colorado City, TX. He worked in construction and in various oil fields for many years. On July 6,1945, he married Fran S.. Key in Colorado City. .They moved to Kalispell in 1953, and later to the Canyon area. He is preced¬ed in death by two sisters. Survivors include his wife, Fran, Hungry Horse a son, Michael, Kalispell; two daughters, Sherri Wendlick, Colum¬bia Falls; and Betty Lucero, Grand Prairie, TX; four sisters and three brothers, all in Texas; and 11 grand¬children.. Funeral services were Tues¬day, Feb. 21. at Van Leuven Funeral Home in Columbia Falls. The Rev. Tod Fox of the Canyon Community Church in Coram officiated. Burial with military graveside honors.was in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Albert(Jinx) is the son of Robert Marshall Cain, Sr and Edna Anthane Black. He was married to Frances Scott Key.
