Actor. He is best remembered for his role as 'Corporal Chuck Boyle' on the television series, "Gomer Pyle, U.S.M.C." from 1965 to 1968. A native of New York, New York, his other credits include the films, "The Love God?" (1969), "Three's A Crowd" (1969), "How To Break Up A Happy Divorce" (1976), "Sex And The Married Woman" (1977), "Girls U.S.A." (1980), "Fascination" (1980), "The Budding Of Brie" (1980), "Roommates" (1981), Pandora's Mirror" (1981), "Neon Nights" (1981), "Prime Risk" (1985), and "Eye Of The Stranger" (1993). Also a composer, he composed music for the 1981 film, "American Desire," and appeared as 'Roland' in the soap opera television series, "General Hospital," three years later. He also had guest appearances on, "Mister Ed," "Gidget," "Please Don't Eat The Daisies," "Sanford And Son," "One Day At A Time," "ChiPS," "The Golden Girls," and "Scarecrow And Mrs. King," among others. He passed away on Christmas Day at the age of 70. (bio by: K)
