Lonnie Alvin Gott will always be my father but for the 26 years that I knew him, he was so much more. He was my father, confidant, and my friend. He always provided for his family and we loved him very much for it. He was taken at the age of 49, taken to soon for us, but the right amount of time for God. He will be forever missed by his wife, my mother, Charlene, his son, me, Christopher, his daughter Sara, his grandsons Bubba "Gampas lil man, Shaun", Riley, and Gabe. Plus his 4 granddaughters, Emily, Christina, Payton, Ny and numerous other relatives.
Dad, I know you are in heaven looking down and trust me. Your grandkids will know all about you. The one you met, Shaun still remembers you, and talks about you almost daily.

Update 2017: Dad has now welcomed his brother, sister, mother, aunt, sister in law, and a grandson to the gates of heaven. Dad please watch little Robert and help him to not forget us as we will never forget him.
