Mrs. Ethel Howell. Mrs. Ethel Howell, 86 born April 23, 1919 in Beaumont, passed away on Monday, November 7, 2005 in Vidor. She is survived by her children, Mrs. Annette Wiggins of Vidor, Mr. & Mrs. C.D. Howell of Houston, Mr. & Mrs. James Stringer of Evadale. She is also survived by Mr. Al Adams, Mrs. Sara Adams, Mrs. Ruby Stevenson, Mrs. Martha Bowen, Mrs. Maudie Kibodeaux, Mr. & Mrs. Ray Finley, and Mr. & Mrs. Richard Spriggs; six grandchildren,twenty-two great grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was a very active member of South Baptist Church and in later years joined Woodland Baptist Church. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2005 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, November 9, 2005 at 2:00 pm at Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Rev. Bill Bussinger officiating.
