Havron FR. Daniel, O.F.M. Age 61, died Friday, April 27, 2012, at the Motherhouse of the Sisters of Charity of Cincinnati. A Franciscan Friar of the Province of St. John the Baptist for 40 years and a Priest for 34 years. Also the first Franciscan pastor of St. Aloysius Church in Detroit, the Coordinator of Evangelization for the Archdiocease of Detroit and the Retreat Director for the St. Francis Retreat House in Easton, PA. Survived by his mother, Frances Havron of North Augusta, SC, his sister, Evelyn Wilson of Equality, AL and his brothers Richard and Lee of Highlands, NC. Friends are invited to join the friars and family for the reception of the body Wednesday, May 2, at 4:00 p.m. at St. Clement Church, 4536 Vine St., St. Bernard, OH 45217. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 7 p.m. Burial on Thursday, May 3, at 11 a.m. in the friars' plot at St. Mary Cemetery, St. Bernard, OH. Memorials are welcomed to the Franciscan Friars, 1615 Vine St., Cinti., OH 45202-6400.
