Mary was a wonderful wife and loyal friend. Mom was everything you could hope for in a mother. Mimi was an extraordinary grandmother.

Mary loved, cared for, supported, laughed, cooked, traveled, and so much more with Ron, the love of her life for 56 years. Together they raised five children, celebrated fourteen grandchildren, and welcomed five spouses into their family. Her pride in her family was boundless.

Mom raised her children with kind and gentle hands, supporting and preparing each of us for the challenges of life. She fed our bodies and our hearts. She taught us how to appreciate the people close to us. She nursed us back to health. Mom gave us unconditional love and truly accepted our differences.

More than any other name, she enjoyed being Mimi, the grandmother that beamed with pride and showered her grandchildren with love, experiences, and gifts. She spoiled them in the best possible way.

She relished time surrounded by her friends whom she dearly loved. She was grateful for their support during difficult times.

Generous in all aspects of her life, she quietly touched so many with her thoughtfulness and taste. She was a gifted listener who shared her patience and understanding. Giving to others was a favorite pastime.

Her gardens were a reflection of her...beautiful, elegant, and colorful.

Her curiosity and love of our natural surroundings drew her to travel around the world.

She protected us. When tragedy came, she showed selfless concern for her family. She showed us how to carry on with forgiveness and courage.

Like everything she did in life, she passed away with grace, beauty, and quiet strength.

We miss you Mom.

We miss you Mary.

We miss you Mimi.

Our entire family holds a special place in our hearts for Lynn who, like an angel, came into our lives to help us care for Mom and for ourselves during difficult times. We are forever grateful for her presence.

Mary is survived by children Karen (Giles Colahan) Siepmann, Jim (Sue) Siepmann, Martha (Jeff) Wilson, Paul (Sallie) Siepmann and John (Kristie) Siepmann. Grandmother "Mimi" to Sarah (Aaron) Wilke, Tyler Olson, Gavin Colahan, Elizabeth and Christopher Siepmann, Richard and George Wilson, Cooper, Sophie, Cole, Jack, Addie, Maggie and Ellie Siepmann.
