*^*^ One brave young man in a distant land, Knew it was time to take his stand. In answer to the dread command, It was as if God had it planned. To know that more lives would be spared, He gave his own-because he cared; That others lived through war and foe, For God and Country he must go! No time to think of his own life, His family, friends and a living wife. The call had come-a finale grand, For one brave young man in a distant land. Mission accomplished one could do no more. The Ship has launched on a perfect shore. And now the Captain holds the hand Of one brave young soul in the promised land.
