He was known for his dedication to family and love of his country, a devoted father of two daughters and a successful soldier. Todd joined the Indiana Air National Guard before switching to the Army National Guard. In joining the Guard, he followed a family tradition of service, as his father, Captain Mike Fiscus, also serves in the Army Guard. Outside of his missions to Afghanistan and Bosnia-Herzegovina, Todd flew charter planes. He is also survived by his wife Paula.
