4th Lord Harris; cricketer and politician. He played for Kent for over 30 years, being Captain 1875 to 1889; captained England 1878 to 1880, and in 1884; and was President of the MCC in 1895. Under-Secretary for India; Governor of Bombay; Under-Secretary for War.
