Carrie was the beloved daughter of Frank and Marie (Hoffman) Heger of Beodra, Hungary and Detroit, MI. Carrie was born in the U.S., soon after her family emigrated from Hungary in 1907. She was the dear sister of Catherine, Rose, Stella, Irene, Michael and John Joseph Heger/Hager. Brothers John (1st) and William died in Hungary before the family moved to the U.S., as did an unaccounted for child. Carrie died at age 4 1/2 of Lobar Pneumonia.
