CONCORD Flora DiCicco, 101, of Concord, died Saturday, August 29, 2009 at Concord Health Care Center.

Born in Italy on October 29, 1907, she was the daughter of the late Giuseppe and Felicia (Conti) DiCicco. She came to the United States at the age of two and settled with her family in Concord. She attended Concord Public Schools and graduated from Concord High School in 1925.

For thirty-six years, prior to her retirement in 1985, she worked as a Secretary at Electro Products Company in Waltham. Previously, for twenty-four years, she was employed as a Secretary at Waltham Watch Company.

A longtime Concord resident, she enjoyed gardening, traveling and spending time with her family.

She is survived by 1 brother, Tripoli J. DiCicco of Concord and many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Ruggerio DiCicco, Romeo DiCicco, Melba Manero and Minotti DiCicco.

Funeral will be held on Wednesday, September 2nd from the Dee Funeral Home, 27 Bedford Street, Concord Center at 9 AM followed by a funeral Mass in Holy Family Parish, Monument Square, Concord Center at 10 AM.

Burial will be in St. Bernard's Cemetery, Concord.

Visiting hours at the Dee Funeral Home will be held on Tuesday, September 1st from 4 to 7 PM.

Arrangements are under the care of the Dee Funeral Home of Concord.
