Pvt. Beneker born September 20 1895, South Gate, Franklin County, IN. Farmer. Company D, 115th Infantry, 29th Division. Overseas in June, 1918. Participated in battles of Alsace, and Verdun fronts. Reported wounded October 23, 1918; later reported killed in action. Rest in peace.
