Mrs. Caughron was a founding member of Souls Harbor United Pentecostal Church in Calhoun and was a shining example of Proverbs 31:27, "She looketh well to the ways of her household and eateth not the bread of idleness." As she lovingly cared for her bedridden daughter, she also made the time to nurture and care for a multitude of family and friends. Her table was never empty and her home always full. She tirelessly worked in her community and her church until she became too frail. Her life was a testimony of strong faith, courage and devotion. Her positive nature and gentle spirit was a blessing and example to the family and friends she loved and she will be sadly missed by all.
Pallbearers will be grandsons.
Visitation will be held Sunday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Souls Harbor United Pentecostal Church.
