|Birth: ||Oct. 11, 1917|
Louise (her perferred name) married Harry Martin Allen.
Since their retirement in 1968 they have traveled by car through every state in the continental U.S., every providence in Canada, Nova Scotia, and Alaska. They drove around Lake Superior twice, in a dune buggy.
Hary was a farmer and Louise worked right along beside him At one time they owned 5 farms, and milked 80 head of cattle.
Harry was very much against unions and worked hard, earning a living by the sweat of his own hands.
They owned land at Lake Isabella for 2 years, and also owned a bar in Houghton Lake for 2 years. (They were the bar tenders). They also both drove school buses. The above information came from a "cousin", Louise, a very lovely lady. THANK YOU, LOUISE. In her words..."They had a wonderful life". (We loved your car!)
