Vincent was the son of Peter Emery Vincent Willardson and Huetta Marie Washburn. He married Verda Curtis on July 13, 1927 in the Logan Utah Temple. Together they had four children:
Erleen Verda, Carma, Ray Vincent, and Janet.
He resided at 3129 Calle Abajo in National City, California at the time of his death.

Services for Vincent C Willardson, 84, of Paradise Hills, were today in Greenwood Mortuary. Entombment was in Greenwood Mausoleum. He died Tuesday in a hospital.
Mr. Willardson, a native of Utah, lived in the county 52 years and had owned and operated the Broadway Linoleum and Carpet Co. from 1936 until retiring in 1965. A member of the Mormon Church, he had been a stake clerk, bishop of the National City Ward, participated in the stake mission, been a member of the Stake High Council and worked in various capacities in the Los Angeles Temple.
Survivors include his wife, Verda; a son, Ray, of La Mesa; two daughters, Erlene Allred of Tacoma, Wash., and Carma Nuttall of Santee; two brothers, Lynn and Kenneth, both of San Diego; a sister, Marjorie Olcott of Monroe, Utah; 16 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
