William Bradford "Brad" Cohron-Born March 1, 1954, in Mobile and residing for the past four years at Magnolia Wood in Prattville, passed away Sunday, May 30, 2010, in a Prattville Hospital. Brad was a loving brother who enjoyed spending time with his family. He loved the water, watching westerns and sports on television. A more dedicated University of Alabama football fan could not be found. He loved the Crimson Tide abd cheered the team to victory each Saturday. Brad also participated in the Special Olympics and won numerous Blue Ribbons for his achievements.

Brad was preceded in death by his parents, Julius Wilson Cohron, Sr. and Mary Magdalene Richburg Cohron and his brother, Julius Wilson Cohron, Jr.

Survivors include his six sisters and one brother, Doris C. Evans, Rebecca C. (Harold) Lee, Carolyn C. (John) Boone, Elizabeth C. Reid, Robert V. (Sharon) Cohron, Linda C. Beasley and Deborah C. Baker; aunts, Edith Chepult and Irene (George) Franklin; numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews; great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.

Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Friday, June 4, 2010, at 12:00 noon. The family will receive friends from 10:00 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Interment will be in Mobile Memorial Gardens. Special thanks go to Linda Steele and the staff of Magnolia Wood, especially Debra, Tracy and Cheryl and his special caregiver and friend, Thomas and also to the physicians and nurses at Prattville Baptist Hospital. From the emergency room to intensive care, to Brad's final hours, Dr. Chance, Dr. Thompson and nurses, Janet, Vicki, Tiffany, Ramona and Sandy, not only took excellent care of their patient, but of his family as well. We are forever grateful to them all.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Brad's name to Magnolia Wood. Prattville, AL.
