Seven Children Survive Union Street Widow
Mrs. Mary A. Ringle 64, of 205 Union street, widow of Ervin Ringle, died about 6:30 p.m. Monday in Mercy hospital. She had been seriously ill for two weeks.
Mrs. Ringle was born in Tiffin, Nov. 21, 1875, and was a daughter of Thomas and Elizabeth (Wolf) Mizen.
She was married in 1893 to Ervin Ringle who died in 1917.
Surviving are seven sons and daughters, Mrs. Maude Thomas and Alvin P. Ringle, both of Fostoria: Herman W., Ralph F., Ervin G., George M., and Mrs. Ruth Halley all of Tiffin; three sisters Mrs. Frances Brendle, Jonesboro, Ind.; Mrs. Ida Taylor, Hillsdale, Mich.; and Mrs. Ruth Yoder, Tiffin; and two brothers, Elmer Mizen, Haugen, Mont.; and William Mizen, Tiffin; 19 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
Mrs. Ringle was a member of the Trinity Evangelical and Reformed church.
Funeral services are to be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Myers-Turner funeral home and will be conducted by Rev. Dr. A. C. Shuman. Interment will be in Greenlawn cemetery. The body will be removed from the Myers-Turner funeral home to the residence at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday and will be returned to the funeral home for the services at 2 p.m. Thursday.
