Edwin Harold Enzor, Sr., 92, a retired travel agency owner who earlier in his career was a real estate broker and home builder, died of a cerebral hemorrhage Jan. 20, 1998 at the home of his daughter in Alpharetta, GA.
Mr. Enzor who was born in Montgomery, AL attended Emory University and received a law degree from what is now George Washington University.
He began his career in the 1930s, working with the Agriculture Department. He entered the real estate business in 1936 as owner and operator of Enzor Realty in Arlington. He then opened a travel agency in 1957 and sold it in the 1980s.
Mr. Enzor who retired in 1982, moved to Georgia after his wife, Mariette Loftin Enzor died in 1996.
He had been a music director, Bible teacher and elder at the Arlington Church of Christ. He was on the board of directors of Camp Wamava in Fort Royal and the Rainbow Children's Home in Gainsville. He was a member of the Kiwanis.
Survivors include 2 children, Edwin H. Enzor, Jr., of Abilene, TX and Mary Davis of Alpharetta, GA; 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
