Son of William and Clara Bell (Ferguson) BINGHAM.
Married Opal Gregory, Sept. 16, 1917, Laclede Co. MO. He and his wife had three children.
His family were in Missouri in 1920 census, but before 1930, they had moved to the Tulsa area, he as a bi-vocational minister, and was working as a "steel worker" to support his family.
Family history reports he began preaching at age 16; after he moved to Oklahoma, he pastored churches, held revivals, and was established by reputation and work, so that they sent him as a delegate from the Cooperative Association of Free Will Baptist from OK, to the organizational meeting of the National Association of the FWB, at Cofers Chapel Church, Nashville, TN. in 1935.
He was active, productive, and was loved and respected among his brethren.
