Julia Lucille Dewar, 97, Brown County, Indiana, formerly of Mooresville, Indiana, died December 25, 2007. Mrs. Dewar was born September 12, 1910 in Brown County, Indiana to the late Elza Ambrose and Sarah Ethel (Hensley) Lucas. Mrs. Dewar was a homemaker and a longtime member of Charity Tabernacle Church, Indianapolis. Mrs. Dewar married Albert Oscar Dewar, Sr. May 11, 1927; he preceded her in death December 26, 1985. In addition, she was preceded in death by three sons, Robert G., Albert O., and David K. Dewar. Survivors include son, Herman A. Dewar of Rock Springs, Wyoming; daughters, Doris E. Sampson of Albany, Kentucky, Brenda F. Purvis of Coatesville, Indiana, Hazel Ellis of Plainfield, Indiana; brother, Kenneth Hensley of Columbus, Indiana; sister, Verlis Donica of Arizona; 24 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren
