Col Paul Delmont Bunker

Death: Mar. 16, 1943, Taiwan

United States Army Officer. He served during World War II as a Colonel in the United States Army and commander of the 59th Coast Artillery. He died of starvation and disease in a Japanese prison camp. His diary, "Bunker's War," became a best selling book.
