Austin,was four,years old,his life was cut short just days before his fifth,birthday.He died of starvation,he weighed only 19,pounds. He had been taken from his mother by the State Department of Human Services about a year ago and she had not seen him since. Family members,said they,had called DHS several times to report the child was being neglected.
Austin's paternal grandmother,and his aunt, had custody and now both,have been charged with murder and felony child abuse.A.J. LOVED TEDDY BEARS

The good people in the community,got together and got Austin,his beautiful marker.

The grandmother and aunt,both pleaded guilty to capital murder in exchange for a sentence of life without parole.They both faced the death penalty.
