Chas. Frederick Holloway Dead
Charles Frederick Holloway ided (sic) at his home in Sturgeon on Thursday, December 25, 1919, of tuberculosis. He had been in poor health for several years.
He was born in Audrain county, April 30, 1876, and was 43 years, 6 months and 25 days old.
He leaves to mourn his departure his wife and three children, namely; Homer and Juanita and Mrs. D.A. Bradley, also two sisters and one brother: Mrs. J.A. Workman of Elcampo, Texas; Mrs. Walter Thompson of Easley, Mo., S.D. Holloway of Hinton, Iowa.
Funeral services were conducted at the Methodist church by Rev. Egan Herndon and burial in the cemetery at Mt. Horeb.
He was a good husband and father, and will be sadly missed by his wife and children. All was done to relieve his sufferings but to no avail, as the Lord called and he obeyed the summons. The Leader extends sympathy to the bereaved family.
