Surviving are his wife; a daughter, Linda (Dennis) Lachbaum; a son, Jack Jr (Debbie) Miller; a stepson, David (Gale) Eilers; seven grandchildren; seven great-granchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother and a sister.
He served in World War II in the Marine Corps.
