EMBARRASS MAN IS DEAD AT APPLETON
George Breed, 31 Had Submitted to Operation Earlier in Week
Clintonville – George Breed, 31, an Embarrass business man, died at 9 o'clock Friday evening at Appleton. He had submitted to an operation for appendicitis earlier in the week.
Besides the widow, he is survived by two children, Dorothy and Laverne; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Breed, Sr., town of Matteson; four brothers, Dwight Breed of Clintonville, Fred and Edward Breed of Embarrass, and Arthur Breed of Milwaukee; and five sisters, Mrs. Arthur Shardt of Antigo, Mrs. Allen Breed of Iron Mountain, Mich., Mrs. Elmer Lempke of Clintonville, and Miss Adelaide Breed of Northport.
He was a partner in the Breed Brothers' garage at Embarrass. Born May 3, 1899, he was born and brought up in the town of Matteson.
The funeral will be held Monday afternoon. A service at the residence will be followed by a service at the Lutheran church, with the Rev. Walter List in charge. Interment will be at Embarrass.
