Filed Texas Pension #27029 at Erath County, Texas on 1 March 1914. Affidavit to Texas Pension #31874, B.T. Johnson dated 12 March 1915.
W.L. Anderson moved to Texas in 1872 and to Gordon in 1893. He was a farmer.
His wife, Mary C. Anderson was living at Newcastle, Texas in 1939 when she applied for a CSA tombstone for her husband.
