Clarence Shulaw

Clarence Chulaw 84, of Rt.. 1 Lafeyette, a retired farmer and well driller, died at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at his home. He had been ill two years.
Born July 12, 1880 in Allen county he was the son of Frank and Celia Homer Shulaw. He married Sarah Guthrie July 27, 1901, and she died in 1929. He later married Bessie Edgecomb Jan 28, 1958, and she survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Lester [Gail] Young and Mrs. Wilber [Olive] Amstutz, both of Bluffton, three sons, Robert of toledo, Francis of Saginaw, Mich., and Willard of Rt. 2 Ada, 13 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 2 stepdaughters, Mrs Martha Feuty of Fairborn and Mrs Gertrude Ingmire of Bluffton, two stepsons, Walter and Herbert Edgecomb of Cincinnati. 10 Step-grandchildren and a brother Joseph Shulaw of Bluffton. Mr Shulaw was a former Jackson Township school board member. He was a member of the County Line Church of the Brethren.
Services will be at 2 p., Tuesday at Diller Funeral Home, Rev. Vern Lettinger and Rev. Martin Waldman officiating. Burial will be in West Point Cemetery.
