Xenia Daily Gazette, Tuesday, October 9, 1917:
"Akron O., Oct. 9 -- Mrs. Sarah Case, 36, wife of a driver for the Akron Pure Milk Company, was murdered in her home this morning by a strange man who committed suicide. Mrs. Case formerly lived in Canton. A knife found on the dead man's body had the name "Jackson Taylor". The slayer was about 40."
