Malinda daughter of Henry H. Strawmatt & Lucy Ann Sharp of Greene Co., IL, Married Andrew J. Ruyle Jr. 04 April 1875. To this marriage was born 12 Children: Nora Elizabeth, Henry Andrew, Charles Walter, Furgis Ferdinand, Edna Mab;le, Charity Ann, James Throlow, Verne Arden, Inis Louisa, Wiley Emery, Chloe Malinda & George Washington.. This headstone is the only record of Malinda's death. Dr. White didn't record her death, died of spinal meningitis. Malinda & Andrew filed on 160 acres near Stafford,"G" County, now Custer County about 1899. Traded the farm for a hotel in Foss, Washita Co.
