Mrs. Edwin Hall married John F. Wheeler, 10 Dec. 1884, Ray Co., MO. To this marriage three children were born: Roscoe Conklin, Hessie A.Wheeler Hutchinson, & Mother of Donnie Ruyle, Martha Frances Wheeler Ruyle. John F. Wheeler was killed by a train in Caldwell Co., MO. John Wheeler purchased from DAVID P. STEVENS AND WIFE NANCY A. STEVENS , All of the North West quarter (1/4) of Section Ten (10) in Township Ten (10) North of Range Twenty (20) West of the Indian Meridian containing One hundred sixty (160) acres according to government survey. Washita Co. Territory of Oklahoma, 09 February 1903. For the sum of Fourteen hundred fifty and no/100 ($1,450.00. Found Deed Record page 626 ,Recorder Office , Washita Co.,OK. He went back to Missouri after the purchase were he was killed by train in Braymer, MO. Edwin and three chldren came to Washita Co., OK in 1915.
Note: obituary states two sons, Roscoe Conklen is only son. Martha Frances is not a son, she is my Mother. There were two daughters. One child died age unknown. Donnie Ruyle
