Mrs. Alma Marie Cowger, 51, died Saturday in a Red Lodge hospital where she had been a patient several weeks.
Mrs. Cowger, and her husband Lloyd A. Cowger, had lived on a ranch northwest of Red Lodge for many years.
She was born Nov. 27, 1897, in Ontario, Canada, and with her parents moved to Ypsilanti, North Dakota. She moved to Montana to teach school and married Mr. Cowger in June 2, 1926.
Surviving besides the widower are two sons, David Cowger and Lloyd M. Cowger, at home; three brothers, Bertrand Nicholls of Spokane, Stanley and Leo Nicholls of Ypsilanti, and two sisters, Mrs. Grace Patrick of Spokane, and Mrs. Ruth Futz in Glasgow.
Services at Olcott Chapel. Burial in Tony cemetery.
