William "Bill" J. C. Ruosch, age 85, of 101 Head St., died Fri., Sept. 13, 1991, at the Long Term Care Unit of the Edgerton Memorial Community Hospital. He was born on July 31, 1906, in the Town of Maple Creek, the son of Eduard and Bertha (Schumacher) Ruosch. Bill was united in marriage to Edna Sievert on Nov. 21, 1937, in Milton. He had been employed for 36 years in the Utility Truck Department of Highway Trailer in Edgerton and Stoughton. He was a member of Central Lutheran Church in Edgerton, had attended the Edgerton schools, was a member of the Edgerton Volunteer Fire Department and was active in various types of volunteer work. His survivors include his wife, Edna of Edgerton; 4 sisters: Lorraine Murwin, Helen Hartzell, Elvira Arthur and Loretta (Allen) Peters, all of Edgerton; many nieces and nephews; and 12 God-children. He was preceded in death by his parents; and three brothers: Albert, Edwin and Herbert. Funeral services will be held on Mon., Sept. 16, at 11:00 a.m. at the Central Lutheran Church, Edgerton, Rev. Thomas R. Lee officiating. Burial will be in the Jenson Cemetery, Edgerton. Friends may call tonight from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. at the Bruni-Nygaard-Ward Funeral Home, Edgerton.
