His father Mr. Homan having died in Germany, he took the Seiler surname. They lived in Hollister until his mother Dorothea died in 1906, after which the family moved to Glouster.
Frank married Elizabeth Schwalbach and they had six children, Lena, Harold, Isabelle, Helen, Frank Jr. and Jack. He re-married to Etta after Elizabeth died.
