Keith L. Huyser Lansing Age 81, passed away Sunday, February 5, 2012 in St. Petersburg, FL, where he and his wife, Marilyn loved to spend their winters. Born March 13, 1930 in Vandercook Lake, MI, the son of Cornelius and Cleo (Davis) Huyser. Keith was a graduate of Lansing Eastern High School and has been a 63 year member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW). He served as the IBEW Business Agent from 1966-68, International Representitive from 1969-88 and was a proud journeyman electrician. Keith was a member of Bethlehem Evangelical Lutheran Church and a former member of Elks Lodge. He was preceded in death by his parents, in addition to his step son, Marty Bass and his beloved great grandmother, Minnie Minerva. Surviving are his loving wife, Marilyn; stepchildren, Brian (Kimberly) Bass and their son, Brenden and Sherry (Scott) Bass-Pohl and their children, Zachary (Stefanie), Morgan and Kyra; Keith's children, William (Sophia) Huyser, Robert Huyser, Jim Huyser, Nancy (Christopher) Judd and Tracey (Michael) Mihailoff; 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; brother, Donald (June) Huyser; 2 nieces and 1 nephew also survive. Funeral services will be held Saturday, 11:00 a.m., at Bethlehem Ev. Lutheran Church with Rev. James Litchenburger and Rev. Matthew Smith officiating. The family will receive friends Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Palmer, Bush and Jensen Family Funeral Homes, Lansing Chapel and Saturday from 10 a.m. until service time at the Church.
