Sebastiano Fazzino was born to Emanuele and Giuseppa Barone Fazzino on September 28, 1859. He was born in Melilli, Siracusa, Sicilia, Italia. He married Sebastiana Muscatello in Melilli on May 2, 1886.

Sebastiano died in Connecticut, probably in Middletown, on December 29, 1920. He was buried in the New St. John's Cemetery in Middletown, Middlesex, Connecticut. Sebastiana died in Connecticut, probably in Middletown, on November 5, 1922, and was also buried in the New St. John's Cemetery.
