A. Bash Arford Taken By Death
Word was received here today of the death of the Rev. A. Bash Arford, former pastor of the Wertz Memorial Evangelical UB church here. The Rev. Arford, retired, died Tuesday at the Otterbein home in Lebanon, Ohio. The Rev. Arford was pastor here for two years when the UB church was being built. uneral services will be held at 2 o'clock Thursday afternoon at the New Castle Evangelical UB church.
