She was the granddaughter of William Lafayette "Fate" McCall and Nancy Franklin "Nannie" Kelley McCall and James Paul and Frances C. Wheeler Creasy. Her great grandparents were Stephen Paul and Matilda Dancer Creasy.
She had 3 children, Adlia Stevenson Ferrell, John Gale Ferrell and Vivian Diane Ferrell Bracken.
Siblings were Richard Hubert McCall Jr., Imalee McCall Gurley, Leota McCall Simpson, Dewayne McCall, Thomas Wylie McCall, Milburn McCall and Wanda McCall Holthauser.
