| Birth: | Aug. 15, 1931 Port Huron St. Clair County Michigan, USA | | Death: | Feb. 3, 2007 Port Huron St. Clair County Michigan, USA |  PORT HURON-Barbara F. Oliver, 75, of Port Huron, passed away Saturday, February 3, 2007 in Mercy Hospital following a long illness.
She was born to Ernest and Marjorie Warner on August 15, 1931 in Port Huron and was a life long Port Huron resident.
Barbara loved to go shopping at thrift stores and garage sales. On most Sundays, she went shopping with her daughter, Diane Healy. She enjoyed riding in the car, gardening, and going out to dinner, especially for Chinese food.
Barbara also enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by seven children, Sandra (Robert) Smith of Port Huron, Marsha (Clarence) Miller of Kimball, Diana (Ed) Healy of Dryden, Rickey L. and Dale E. Oliver, both of Port Huron, Deborah (Bill) Briggs of Port Huron and Randall (Brenda) Oliver of Port Huron Twp.; 13 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Bruce Oliver, who passed away May 10, 1989. She was also preceded in death by her parents; a son, Scott Keith Oliver; and three sisters, June Picklehaupt, Ethel Wordowski and Lillian "Janie" Parker.
The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 7, 2007 in Smith Family Funeral Home-South, 1230 Seventh St. Pastor James Jones of Community Baptist Church will officiate. Burial will follow in Lakeside Cemetery.
Visitation will be in the funeral home on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m.
Contributions may be made in Barbara's memory to the St. Clair County Council on Aging.
