World War II deceased returned from Neuville-En-Condrez, Belgium. Decedent one of a group of five interred in common grave with Robert R. Aley; Enoch G. Longworth; Phillip A. Vogel; William G. Wilson. Interment on May 11, 1950.

Killed in Action. Lost aboard U.S. Army Air Corps B-26B Marauder #42-96223 when shot down by fighter planes. [presumably on mission over Germany]. Entered the service from California. ASN 0-772310.
