- IDA NOTES - (Ida, Republic County, Kansas)
Grandma Hallowell died Wednesday evening at the home of her grandson. She was eighty years old and has been helpless nearly three years. All that loving hands were able to do was done to make her last days as peaceful as possible, but she was old and that was the one thing against her. She leaves two sons to mourn her death, one brother and several grandchildren besides a great many true friends.
