Spent summers with BENNETT and WHANGER families in Greenbrier Co WV when young. Attended 2 yrs at Fork Union Military School in VA. Graduated from Richmond VA's Thomas Jefferson HS, completed graduate courses at Virginia Tech, Univ of VA, Univ of MD & American Univ, in addition to technology coursework through Dept of the Navy and Dept of Commerce.
Survivors include wife & son, sis-i-l, niece & nephew.
