Sgt. Henry H. Haywood was a New York City Police Officer who was a member of Teddy Roosevelt's Rough Riders Troop K. Died in divisional hospital July 3rd from a bullet wound received in the abdomnon during the attack on San Juan Hill July 1st. He was Identified by his Police Badge attached to the inside of his shirt.
