Wallace Duane Bath
Our loving husband, father, grandfather, and uncle passed away peacefully on April 10, 2010 in Price, Utah. He was born April 14, 1932 to Fredrick Harry and Laura Ella Babcock Bath in Gunnison, Utah. He was a member of the LDS Church.

Duane graduated from American Fork High School in 1950. He won a track scholarship to BYU where he majored in chemistry. He took drafting at Utah Technical School.

Duane served in the Korean War in combat and as a chemistry lab tech. He worked for Geneva and for 30 years at Hercules. He loved to fish and camp with his father, cousins, and nephews. He was an avid skier, golfer, and a great cook.

He is survived by his wife, Marilyn Brown Bath, step daughter Lisa J. Mittel, grandchildren, Kaelin and Melaina Mittell (they loved Grandpa Du), nephews, and a niece. Preceded in death by his son, Sean D. Bath and brother, Harry Bath.

Services will be held at Anderson & Sons Mortuary in American Fork on Tuesday April 20, 2010 at 11 am with a viewing at 10 am. Burial in American Fork Cemetery.
