Uncle Lee was an incredible person and I am proud to say he was my uncle. He over came being blind for a good portion of his life and ran the meat counter at his family's grocery store, Qualls Market. He also made several little crafts over the years, I still have some of them. He would go out to his garage and putter and then have to call his wife and she would lead him back to the house. He was very talented in his crafts, many so cute others tried to copy them so they could have one too. Despite being blind he could tell just who I was whenever I came around. I dont know how he did it, but he could always tell it was me. I loved spending time with him and my grandma and their siblings in the store.

William Lee Qualls, our loving dad, grandfather, great-grandfather, and friend, passed away July 4, 2002, rejoining his sweetheart, Mick, who recently preceded him in death, Nov 18, 2001.

Dad always showed great love and respect to his beloved wife, our dearly missed mom. He has been a great example to our family. He was an active member of the LDS Church having served as a bishop of the Cannon 1st Ward. He enjoyed fishing, and being with his family. He was a co-owner of the family business, Qualls Market.
