Leola "Peg" Anna Qualls is the daughter of Merdie Lee Qualls and Martha Eva Newcomer. She is a twin to William Lee Qualls. The oldest of five kids. Married to Gordon O'Neil on June 16th, 1938. Former co-owner of Qualls market in Salt Lake City, Utah.
For her birthday when asked what she wanted, she replied to be with her twin. She passed just before midnight the day before her birthday to join Lee for their birthday celebration. I know they were happy to have each other again and never spent a birthday apart from one another.
