Virginia R. Anding, 81, of Columbus, GA died Monday September 20, 2010 at St. Francis Hospital.

Graveside funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday September 23, 2010 in Parkhill Cemetery.

Mrs. Anding was born March 30, 1929 in Houston, TX daughter of the late William Bennett and Ophelia Miles Bennett. She retired as assistant manager of the Muscogee County Housing Authority.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law Carolyn and James Mitja of Columbus, GA, her grandchildren, Brad Mitja, Jenny Mitja, great grandchild, Marisa Mitja all of Columbus, GA, numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
