Lester L. Gruver Services Friday

Funeral services for Lester Lee Gruver, 55, of 1512 S. St. Francis, who died Monday at St. Francis Hospital, will be at 10 a. m. Friday in Broadway Mortuary. The Rev. Richard E. West, Denver, Colo., will officiate. Burial will be in Wichita Park Cemetery.

Mr. Gruver was born in Soldier, Kan., May 27, 1900, and came to Wichita from there in 1941. He was a tool designer for Boeing Airplane Co. and was a member of the Methodist Church and Moose lodge.

Surviving besides his wife, Madge, are two daughters, Mrs. Frances Barker, 503 W. Harry, and Mrs. Wilma Mercer, Liberal, Kan.; his mother, Mrs. Rebecca Gruver, Rawlins, Wyo.; a stepdaughter, Mrs. Betty Ann Thorpe, Fort Leonard. Wood, Mo., and a brother, Hubert, Rawlins.
