Michael Henry Bradley was born on Jul 19, 1862, in Harford County, Maryland, to parents John Bradley (1824-1896), and Bridget Elizabeth Gromley (1825-1919), both born in Ireland.
Michael was the fourth child in a family of five known children. His brothers and sisters were: Mary Bradley (1853-1926), Catherine Bradley-Carroll (1855-1920), John Bradley, Jr. (1859-bef.1870), and Elizabeth Bradley (1869-1939), all born in Maryland.
In about 1896, Michael married Mary O'Malley, born in Pennsylvania (1863-1948). They settled in Altoona, Blair County, Pennsylvania, where Michael worked as an engineer for the Pennsylvania Railroad. They had three children: Catherine Bradley (1897-1919), John Charles Bradley (1899-1987), and Rev. Father Eugene Bradley (1908-1992).
Michael died in Altoona on Apr 4, 1939. He is buried in the Calvary Cemetery.
