Sally was the daughter of the late Frank L. Sadach, Jr. and Mary Ann Sadach.

She was the sister of Frank C. Sadach and Susann (Alan) Smith.

Beloved Aunt of Frank M. Sadach, Bryan A. Smith and Kristopher J. Smith.

Sally was employed at Wayne State University, her first job, for 22 years. She started in Student Records as a records clerk than progressed to section leader and was the manager of the transcript unit at the time of her death. Her dearest friends were people she met at Wayne.

Sal was a caring sister, aunt and friend. She loved to cook and collect recipes. She had recipe magazines and mail-order catalogs on her desk for her friends to browse through while chatting with her. She enjoyed being around her family and her extended family of friends. In fact, she was the one who typically made the arrangements for birthday and holiday parties. She got great enjoyment from her cats, Oreo and Dusty and in caring for her two chinchillas.

Sally had not been feeling well for some time. Her friends at work were on her case about going to the doctor. No one likes to see their friend sick and miserable. When she finally went to the doctor, as part of her exam, she had a chest x-ray; which would and should have shown she was in congestive heart failure.
Although she had been diagnosed with blood pressure problems in the past, her doctor failed to diagnose the condition or treat her for it. Sally was dead of congestive heart failure before the week was over.

Many people lost a dear friend too soon.

Sally will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery.

Visitation Thursday 2-9 p.m. at the Jurkiewicz & Wilk Funeral Home, 2396 Caniff, Hamtramck.

Funeral Friday 11 a.m. at the funeral home.
