Ella Alvenia Argo, 84, of 55 Park Village died early Thursday morning, April 4, 2002, at Heritage Care Center after a short illness.
Mrs. Argo was born December 24, 1917 in Shelby, the daughter of the late Clyde and Ethel (Rigg) Jenkins.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Aril "Fuzz" Argo in 1993; son, Gary Argo in 1998; grand-daughter, Heidi Mount in 1990; grandson, Mike Eshelman in 1984; and sister, Eunice Clabaugh.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday,at Turner Funeral Home with the Rev. Herman King, Pastor of Grace Valley Baptist Church officiating. Burial will be in Oakland Cemetery in Shelby.
